Which devices does OTT Platinum support?

OTT Platinum works on almost every modern screen. Here is the list of supported devices, and what to do if yours isn't on it.

TVs and TV devices

  • Smart TVs: Samsung, LG, Android TV, Google TV and other Smart TVs with an app store.
  • Streaming sticks: Amazon Fire TV Stick and Chromecast with Google TV.
  • TV boxes: Android TV boxes, MAG, Formuler and Apple TV.

Mobile devices

  • Phones: Android phones and iPhone.
  • Tablets: Android tablets and iPad.

Computers

  • Windows and Mac computers, with a player app or in a web browser.

One screen per subscription

You can install OTT Platinum on several devices, but each subscription plays on one screen at a time. If you want to watch on two screens at the same time, ask us on WhatsApp.

Is my device compatible?

If you are not sure, the free trial is the easiest test. Ask for the free 24-hour trial and tell us your device model. Older devices can still work, but a recent device usually gives a smoother picture.
