How to install OTT Platinum on your device

Setting up OTT Platinum usually takes a few minutes. The exact app depends on your device, so we tell you which one to use and send your login details on WhatsApp. This guide shows what to expect for each kind of device.

Before you start

  • Have your device connected to the internet.
  • Keep WhatsApp open so you can follow our instructions and send us a photo if something looks different.
  • Have your login details ready. We send them when your trial or plan starts.

Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV)

Open your TV's app store, install the app we recommend, then enter the login details we send you. Some apps show a code or a device ID on screen. If yours does, send it to us on WhatsApp and we activate it for you.

Amazon Fire TV Stick and Android boxes

Install the app we recommend and sign in with your details. We guide you through each screen on WhatsApp if the app isn't in the store.

MAG and Formuler boxes

These boxes are usually activated with the box's MAC address, which is printed on a sticker under the box and shown in its settings. Send it to us, and we tell you what to enter in the box's portal settings.
