  • WhatsApp details: your phone number, your WhatsApp name and the messages you send us. If you email us, your email address and message.
  • Order details: the plan you chose, dates, and payment confirmations. Depending on how you pay, this can include your PayPal email, bank transfer details or a crypto wallet address and transaction ID. We do not see or store your full card details. Crypto transactions are recorded on a public blockchain by design.
  • Device details: the device type and the app information needed to activate and support your subscription, such as a device ID or MAC address.
  • Account details: the username we create for you and your plan's start and end dates.

3. This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

4. Why we use it

  • To answer your messages and provide trials and subscriptions.
  • To activate your account on your device and give support.
  • To confirm payments and keep the records the law requires.
  • To prevent abuse, such as shared logins or repeated trials.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we need to run the business: WhatsApp (Meta) as our messaging channel, the payment service you choose (PayPal, a card processor, a bank or a crypto payment service), and our hosting and email provider (Hostinger). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide your subscription and support, then delete it. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.

7. Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you, and use the security features of the services we rely on.

8. Your rights

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
